A Lanarkshire carer has received a warning after lying about working a shift and failing to provide support for a service user.
Daniel Hutton was employed as a Support Worker in Airdrie when the incidents occurred in July 2021.
He was found to have failed to attend a shift for a service user and later falsely filled in a timesheet claiming to have worked a shift.
