Lady Gaga proved the ultimate queen of the red carpet as she graced the runway of TWO awards ceremonies on the same night.
Fans of the 35-year-old hit maker, were left baffled after she posed for pictures at the BAFTAS before hours later switching outfits and still looking sensational for the US Critics Choice Awards.
Her first engagement of the night at the BAFTAs saw her appear in a plunging forest green Ralph Lauren gown, alongside her boyfriend Michael Polansky.
Bringing sparkle to the event, she shined in a Tiffany & Co. jewellery, including diamond-and-emerald archival necklace, plus a coordinating pair of earrings, a bracelet and ring.
Grammy Award winner Gaga, whose real name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, was nominated in the Best Actress category for her role as Patrizia Reggiani in the Ridley Scott directed film House of Gucci.
Sadly she missed out on the award with the gong going to Joanna Scanlan for her turn in After Love.
And fans were quick to questioning how she also attended the US Critics Choice Awards on the same night.
The hit maker was whisked off to the Savoy Hotel for the London contingent of the 27th Critics Choice Awards which this year was also hosted simultaneously in LA.
“When the pandemic made us move our show date from its traditional kick off in January into the heart of the awards season, we felt the need to add a second stage in London to make sure that all our honorees would have the opportunity to participate in the live telecast,” CCA CEO Joey Berlin said in a statement.
Mr Berlin noted that the rescheduled date - which coincided with the BAFTAs - would prevent many actors from heading over the pond so the Critics Awards so they simply added a London location to accommodate both events on the same night.
Posing in a black-and-gold Gucci number, featuring a stand out black bra panels, sheer lace shrug over the deep-cut gold dress, she accessorised the outfit with body-shaping jewels and a black sequin trim.
Gaga disappointingly didn't secure the award for which she was nominated, instead The Eyes of Tammy Faye actress Jessica Chastain picked up the award.
Gaga joined the incredible talents of other category nominees Olivia Colman, Alana Haim, Nicole Kidman and Kirsten Stewart.
While promoting House of Gucci , Gaga revealed that her ultimate style inspiration has always been her mom.
"My mother was my first fashion icon," she told KUTV 2 News.
"Just watching her get ready for work. I loved watching her. She only had like four blazers to go to work in, but man did she know how to wear this blazers. She would do her makeup with drugstore makeup. She really knew how to put herself together. She's my beautiful Italian mother. That's where I first started. My mother is a powerful woman.
"Strength and fashion kind of go hand in hand for me."
And the music icon also credits her time in New York for allowing her to express individualism when it comes to her wardrobe.
