Lady Frederick Windsor thinks the lives of senior royals are "total hell".
The 45-year-old actress - who is better known as Sophie Winkleman - believes it must be "brutal" to grow up with constant scrutiny and doubts about the trustworthiness of people around them, as well as the "pressure" of their positions.
