LABOUR have refused to rule out imposing a coalition ban on the Scottish Greens, The National can reveal.

Prime Minister Andy Burnham has banned his councillors from forming alliances with Green Party of England and Wales representatives in local authorities south of the Border after the party adopted an anti-Zionist stance, equating the movement to establish a Jewish state with racism.
