Kyle Walker is being investigated by Chesire Police after CCTV footage appeared to show the Manchester City defender exposing himself at a bar in Manchester.
According to a report by the Sun, the 32-year-old was drinking with friends on Sunday, a day after City’s 2-0 win over Newcastle, when the alleged incident occured.
“On Wednesday 8 March, Cheshire police was made aware of a video circulating on social media in relation to an indecent exposure which allegedly occurred in the Wilmslow area,” the force said in a statement.
“Enquiries in relation to the incident are in the early stages and no arrests have been made at this time.”
The FA and Manchester City both declined to comment when approached by Standard Sport this morning.
Press Association report that Walker contests the allegations and arrived for training as normal after the two-day break.
England manager Gareth Southgate will next week name his squad for this month’s Euro 2024 qualifiers against Italy and Ukraine.
