Kuwait has launched a new online service that allows citizens to apply for domestic driver entry visas through the government’s unified “Sahel” app, as part of the country’s push to expand digital public services and reduce paperwork.
The Ministry of Interior said the new electronic service enables Kuwaiti citizens to issue visas for new domestic drivers without visiting service centres.
