CHANDIGARH: The Punjab and Haryana high court has granted interim bail to Nihang Baba Aman Singh in connection with the murder of a labourer, Lakhbir Singh, at Kundli in October last year, when the farmers were sitting on the Delhi borders to protest against Centre’s three agri-marketing laws.
“The petitioner shall come as and when called... in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be admitted to interim bail on furnishing personal and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the arresting/investigating officer,”observed the HC while granting relief to the Nihang.
