YouTube boxer KSI weighed in at 180lb for tonight's double header of return fights; 33lb down from his January peak weight.
The Watford native, whose real name is JJ Olatunji, had ballooned to 213lb by January of this year, and has since dropped a huge amount of weight as he prepares for the first of a series of fights he hopes will lead to a Jake Paul grudge fight. Two-and-a-half years ago, the pair almost fought, but the coronavirus pandemic cut KSI's boxing career short as he chose to focus on music.
He topped the charts with his two albums released after beating Logan Paul in November 2019, while the younger Paul brother continued boxing. The American is now one of the biggest names in the sport and 5-0 as a professional, so KSI needs to make a return to action to prove he can compete at his rival's level.
To do that, he begins his journey with an unprecedented two fights in one night against rapper Swarmz and Mexican professional boxer Luis Pineda. Swarmz was drafted in as a late replacement for Alex Wassabi when the American pulled out injured, but fans were disappointed so he added the 2-5 Pineda on a few days' notice to spice up the event.
Swarmz tipped the scales at 199lb, completing a tough three-week weight cut believed to be just under two-stone. Meanwhile, Pineda came in at 179lb, making both fights official.

"I started as someone that hated training," KSI told Men's Health magazine earlier this week. "I hated exercise when I was in school. I wasn't really the type of guy that liked to do anything physical, so I imagine a lot of people from school would be surprised to see me in the ring boxing, but it’s been a journey. I've just been working on my body.
"Honestly, I feel like a God. I feel like a complete alpha amongst other men. Not to be douche-y, but I just feel like no one can outrun me and no one can out punch me. I feel very different to everyone else. I think that's just because I'm super fit and super ready.
"I feel good as well. I look at myself in the mirror, and I just stare at myself for five minutes, just being like ‘Jesus Christ. I'm sick.’ But I've worked hard for it. I've worked really hard for it, man."
