For Kristin Cavallari, the appeal of her new Tennessee home goes well beyond its size. Tucked away on 130 acres outside Nashville, the secluded estate has become a private base for family life, work and the slower pace she wanted after moving on from her former Nashville property. The reality television veteran was not actively house hunting when a real estate agent friend encouraged her to visit the one-story residence in 2024.
