Kristen Leslie Olsen, accused of murder of Biggenden baker and his daughter, remanded in custody

A woman charged with the murder of a Biggenden baker and his young daughter is also facing multiple arson charges stemming from alleged incidents on the same day, a court has heard.

Kristen Leslie Olsen, 24, did not appear when her matter was briefly mentioned in the Maryborough courthouse on Monday morning.

Ms Olsen is charged with two counts of murder and one count of arson over the deaths of Todd Mooney, 54, and Kirra Mooney, 10, on December 20.

The bodies of the father and daughter were found in the burnt-out shell of a shed on a property at Biggenden in Queensland's North Burnett.

Police prosecutor Sergeant Claire Bibby told the Maryborough court Ms Olsen was also charged with three counts of arson and one count of stealing related to an alleged incident on December 20.

Defence solicitor Bradford Hill requested a full brief of evidence for the seven charges, but Sergeant Bibby said the brief was expected to take eight weeks, which was longer than usual due to the nature of the charges.

Magistrate John Millburn adjourned the matter for a committal mention on March 6 and Ms Olsen was remanded in custody.

Meanwhile, police are seeking information from the public about a white Holden Barina van with a solar panel on the roof.

Police found the burnt-out car in Maryborough and have recovered it as part of their investigation.

Anyone who may have seen the vehicle between 10am and 2pm between Biggenden and Ban Ban Springs on December 20 is urged to contact police.
