Krispy Kreme to open new Cabot Circus store complete with glaze waterfall

Krispy Kreme has announced the opening of their third UK city centre Hotlight shop. And it's going to be in Bristol.

Cabot Circus already boasts a Krispy Kreme store, where Bristolian doughnut fanatics can pick up their favourite flavours of glazed and iced treats, but this is set to be replaced by something a bit more exciting. The brand new Hotlight shop will bring Hot Original Glazed doughnuts to the city centre for the first time ever, and Cabot Circus will become the eleventh location to serve Hot Original Glazed doughnuts.

Bristol residents and visitors to the city will have the chance to get their hands on delicious hot doughnuts as they come off the line, mere moments after they have been made. Doughnut fans can also experience the magic live, as the Original Glazed doughnuts will be made right in front of their eyes, with the Original Glazed doughnuts being passed under the iconic, mouth-watering glaze waterfall.

The doors to this exciting new addition at Cabot Circus will open on April 7, at 10am. And the excitement does not stop there, as doughnut enthusiasts can look forward to a hot giveaway - exclusive merchandise will be awarded to the first 200 people through the doors of the new store.

There will also be tasty treats and surprise guest appearances to entertain the crowds, too. Krispy Kreme fans are being asked to keep their eyes peeled over the coming weeks on the doughnut brand's social media channels for further joy drops coming their way.

In addition to all this excitement, Krispy Kreme are on the hunt for the South West's biggest doughnut fan to win an array of money-can't-buy exclusive prizes - including a year's supply of Original Glazed doughnuts, Krispy Kreme merchandise and entry to a behind-the-scenes preview event ahead of the shop's opening. If you think this could be you, snap a photograph, tag @KrispyKremeUK, and tell them why you love Krispy Kreme so much on social media.

The Cabot Circus Hotlight shop replaces the former Krispy Kreme shop in the centre. Krispy Kreme’s CEO Richard Cheshire comments: “We are so excited to open our third UK city centre based Hotlight shop at Cabot Circus and hope to bring joy to fans with our world-famous Hot Original Glazed doughnuts, fresh off the line in Bristol.”

The popular doughnut chain already has a store at Cribbs Causeway and a drive-thru in AvonMeads.
