Kremlin claims it’s ‘ready to send delegation to Belarus for talks’ as war rages in Ukraine

The Kremlin has said Russia is ready to send a delegation to Belarus for talks with Ukrainian officials after launching an invasion, the AP news agency reported on Friday.

Vladimir Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the Russian leader was “ready” to send a high-level delegation “for talks with a Ukrainian delegation” to Minsk.
