Kremlin reportedly plans involuntary reserve call-up as Russia's battlefield losses mount

Russia is seeking to use limited military conscription to make up for its losses in Moscow's all-out war against Ukraine and maintain the current pace of offensive operations.

According to the US-based Institute for the Study of War (ISW) think tank, the Kremlin might be setting up "information conditions" already.
