Kourtney Kardashian has updated fans on her IVF journey in a candid new video.
The reality TV star took to her Instagram page to share with her followers how she has been keeping busy in the mornings by working out at Donamatix Training gym.
During her last workout, Kourtney, 43, told fans that it had been "almost a year" since she had undergone "her last IVF" treatment session.
The businesswoman was seen throwing punches at a sparring bag wearing a Harley Davidson sweatshirt as she worked out admitting that her energy is "finally back."
Kourtney recently gave intimate details of her struggles with IVF and that she had stopped undergoing the treatments several months ago due to the side effects she had experienced including being physically exhausted.
At the time she shared a gym selfie as she discussed the process she had been through.
Kourtney wrote: "Finally started getting my energy back 10 months after stopping IVF. For anyone else going through it, it gets better!"
Both Kourtney and her husband Blink 182 star Travis Barker, 46, have opened up about their struggles with fertility on their reality TV show.
Kourtney is already mum to three children - Mason, 13, Penelope, 10, and Reign, eight - who she shares with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick.
The Poosh founder is also step mum to Travis' children with his ex Shanna Moakler, Landon, 19, and Alabama, 17.
In March 2022 updated their fans on their heartbreaking journey after their first round of in vitro fertilization failed when they did not conceive.
She said: "Travis and I want to have a baby, and so my doctor took us down this road of doing IVF. Like, it hasn’t been the most amazing experience."
Talking to her mum, Kris Jenner, she continued: "Every single person on social media is always like ‘Kourtney’s pregnant, Kourtney’s pregnant, Kourtney’s gained so much weight'.
"It’s so rude to comment on people when you have no idea what they’re actually going through. The medication they’re giving me, they put me into menopause... Literally into menopause.”
Kris stunned by the news then asked: “Based off of what, a drug?”
Confirming the side effect Kourtney replied: “Yes.”
Despite giving up on conceiving via IVF the couple are reportedly still trying to have a baby together according to 'insiders' close to them.
In December 2022 The U.S. Sun claimed the couple have not let setbacks put them off their dream of sharing a baby.
The source said: "Travis and Kourtney would still love a baby together. They're still trying. She took a break from IVF, but that doesn't mean plans changed."
They added: "They're hoping to welcome a baby in the near future."
