Kourtney Kardashian says she 'isn't a b**ch' anymore after being forced to film KUWTK

Kourtney Kardashian has insisted she "is not a b**ch" anymore after revealing she was forced to film Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

The reality star, 42, who is the eldest sister of the famous clan, made the shocking revelation in a tell-all interview with Bustle.

Speaking about life in general, her relationship with Travis Barker and her business Poosh, Kourtney shared that her mindset has changed since the family show came to an end.

In 2020, it was announced the show - which ran for 20 seasons - was coming to a close after a series of family fallouts.

Kourtney also revealed that too much of her real-life issues were being shared on the reality show, which in turn made her "unhappy" and caused many fights with her sisters as they turned on her for taking a step back from filming.

Kim and Khloe accused her of refusing to show a blossoming relationship onscreen.

She claimed she was forced into filming for the show, but started to set boundaries as it all became too much for her to deal with.

Sharing how it made her feel at the time, Kourtney told the publication it "was affecting my happiness".

She explained: "So I was like, 'What's more important to everyone? Our happiness or sharing something that isn't going to make me happy?'"

After the series came to an end, she began what she calls a "therapy journey".

Kourtney, who admits she is "not a b**ch anymore", admitted she used to have "good comebacks" for her sisters, but now she has "nothing mean to say".

"It made me really sensitive," Kourtney revealed. "And normally I'd have a really good comeback [to insults], like, 'Well, you’re covered in cellulite '. But then I would be like, 'I have nothing mean to say. I'm not a bitch anymore, and I just have feelings; like, an abundance of them'."

Meanwhile, her momager Kris Jenner agrees the girls were probably too harsh on Kourtney for wanting to take a step back from the show.

"We were probably all just a little too hard on Kourtney, to be honest," she said. "I think that we had to realise that not everyone is going to have that thing that kick-starts every morning at 5 a.m. and runs until you fall down at the end of the day. And that's me, that's Khloe, that's Kim, that's Kylie, that's Kendall.

"I think maybe we just expected to drag Kourtney right there along with us, whether she liked it or not, kicking and screaming. And she just had to say, 'Look, I want to set some boundaries. I have one life and I'd like to live it the way I want to live it'."
