Kourtney Kardashian has spilled on how she really feels about her sister, Kim.
It's no secret that the Kardashian family doesn't exactly see eye-to-eye all the time. After all, you can love your family members without actually liking them.
Since the beginning of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kim has been seen as the leading lady in many ways.
Her friendship with Paris Hilton and scandalous leaked sex tape with Ray J elevated Kim's nepo-baby status to notorious socialite star.
Suddenly, her step-parent, Caitlyn Jenner, being an Olympian and her dad, Robert Kardashian, representing OJ Simpson paled in comparison to Kim's celebrity status.
Does that mean that Kim deserves to be considered the leader of the family? Kourtney doesn't necessarily think so.
In Season 3, Episode 6, Kourtney was asked by the producers if she saw Kim as the leader of the family.
She smiled and replied: "I mean if she wants to be, you know. It's not a cult that I'm following."
While those harsh words surely showed how Kourtney really feels, that doesn't mean that those sentiments are fully public knowledge. At the birthday party, she kept her mouth shut. Did her eyes do all the talking, though?
As their mother, Kris Jenner, was giving a gushing and loving speech about Kim at her 42nd birthday, Kourtney looked less than thrilled with an intense gaze and tight lips. Throughout the speech, Kris gave Kim that "leader" title.
She said: "We all look up to you. You're a superpower. And you are pretty much now, at this point, the leader of our family."
But the word "all" doesn't seem to apply to everyone. While Kris was speaking, she gave a very pointed glance over to her husband, Travis Barker, as if she were trying to communicate her frustration and annoyance.
This feud is absolutely nothing new! The drama has been sizzling and brewing just beneath the surface and it looks like Kourtney may just snap at any moment.
In fact, during the episode, Khloe was the one keeping tabs on Kourtney's attitude during Kim's birthday celebration.
She said: "Kourtney's on her best behavior. Like, they're not going to duke it out here."
Of course, the sisters are no strangers to petty beef, but this time, Kourtney really seems to be shaken.
