Kourtney Kardashian has been defended by fans after being accused of using her pregnancy reveal as a "publicity stunt".
The 44-year-old Kardashians star announced she is expecting her first baby with husband Travis Barker as she attended a Blink-182 concert.
Kourtney took to Instagram on Saturday to share a video from the event in Los Angeles, where she stood in the crowd and held up a sign reading: "Travis I'm pregnant."
Some people accused Kourtney of "staging" the reveal, with one person commenting: "Like he didn’t know? Look at her stomach. It's all just for publicity."
Another said: "He lives with her did he not know..just another way to get attention."
However, her fans were quick to point out the musical inspiration behind her pregnancy announcement.
The sign Kourtney used first made an appearance in the 1999 music video for Blink-182's hit song All The Small Things.
The video parodies boy bands including Backstreet Boys and 'N Sync, as well as pop princesses Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera.
As the band members make their way through an airport hanger, a woman in a leopard-print bikini holds up the sign.
Kourtney's fans shared the sweet connection in the comments on her Instagram post.
"For all of you youngins that don’t understand the reference.. it’s from blink 182 song - all the small things," one person wrote.
Another said: "Even though he most likely knew- it's an excellent way to reveal this to the public and fans of blink 182 got the reference immediately.
"People trying to say he "acted surprised" is probably cause he was legit surprised that she went out there and did that to let the world know in a really cute way."
"I think he was surprised by her doing the sign like the song, but obviously he had to know about the huge baby bump. She no doubt told him the very second she found out," a third fan commented.
Someone else added: "Iconic reveal! Congrats to you both."
Kourtney shares three children - Mason , Penelope and Reign - with her ex Scott Disick , while Travis is dad to his son Landon, daughter Alabama and his step daughter Atiana, with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
