Knife attack at school leaves 3 students injured in Delhi

NEW DELHI: Three students were injured in a knife attack at a school in south Delhi’s Bhatti Mines area on Wednesday.

Police have apprehended the accused, identified as Mohit (20), who lives in the Bhatti Mines area and is a student of Class XII at a government school. Police said, at about 11am on Wednesday, they received a PCR call regarding a quarrel among some students of the school.

DCP (south) Benita Mary Jaiker said an inquiry revealed that Mohit had an argument with his classmate Ankush (19), a resident of Sanjay Colony, during the lunch time. Later, the scene turned violent.
