Kirsty Gallacher says judge has 'no empathy' after being banned from driving for speeding

Kirsty Gallacher has slammed a judge for having “no empathy” after she was banned from driving for six months after speeding – her fifth driving offence in eight years.

The 49-year-old presenter admitted the offence in court today but asked to be spared from a ban so she could continue driving for family and work obligations.
