Protestors were heard bellowing chants of 'Not my King' as King Charles III and Camilla, Queen Consort made their way up the Royal Mile.
His Majesty is being presented the Honours of Scotland which is made up of the oldest crown jewels in the UK including the Crown of Scotland, Sceptre, and the Sword of Elizabeth.
The Royal Procession made its way from Holyrood Palace at 1.50pm on Wednesday, July 5 and as the King followed, a small but vocal group of anti-monarchy protesters made their views known as they shouted and booed his arrival.
