Kinahan cartel rapist Barry Finnegan walks out of court after being charged for breach of Sex Offenders Act

Kinahan cartel rapist Barry Finnegan was hauled before a court yesterday as he was charged with breaching conditions of the Sex Offenders Act.

The 42-year-old was brought from Mountjoy Garda Station by detectives to the Criminal Courts of Justice for a late sitting.

He was charged over allegedly failing to comply with the conditions of the Act by failing to notify the gardai of a new address.
