Kimberley Walsh has shown off her impressive, and perfectly manicured, garden as she gave fans an insight into her private home.
The 40-year-old Girls Aloud star has been crafting away in her back yard to transform her garden into a perfect, idyllic escape.
And now she has been putting some finishing touches to her outdoor space – with some classic railings adding a new level of chic to the outdoor space.
Sharing snaps of her garden and home via Instagram Stories on Monday, Kimberley declared excitedly in a caption: “Garden update!”
She then proceeded to share details of her garden renovations.
She wrote: “New railings have been installed to match existing balcony so almost there now” – adding a ‘hands to the sky’ emoji.
Giving more details, she went on: “We got these from @sggmanufacturing.”
Perhaps fearing fans might think she is cheap, Kimmy then went on to announce that she had not been paid to endorse the brand, but instead she had forked out for the railings and was simply blown away by their quality.
She informed fans: “Not an Ad but they were brilliant at helping to source the best match and did a great job” – enthusiastically adding a ‘thumbs up’ emoji.
Stepping further back, Kimberley showed off her garden in all it’s glory – and the incredible railings that had been added to her home.
With her lush, green lawn on display, the singing sensation added a caption reading: Really helps bring it all together I think” – again adding a ‘hands to the sky’ emoji.
Stepping further back still, Kimberley then asked her fans and followers for help and advise as she explained she is on the hunt for a perfect parasol to add to her garden furniture.
Sharing a snap that showed off her spacious garden patio space – complete with a classic metal garden table and chairs – she invited fans to send her recommendations.
She wrote: “Also can anyone recommend a large parasol that comes on a base you can wheel?”
She went on to explain she’s been struggling to find the perfect solution herself.
Kimmy desperately explained: “It seems to be harder than you would think so any suggestions would be welcomed!”
Away from Kimberley’s garden renovations, the star will need to warm up her old vocal chords as it has been revealed that her band, Girls Aloud, are to reunite for a special performance in memory of their late bandmate, Sarah Harding, who died last year aged 39 following a battled against cancer.
Singer Nadine Coyle, 36, told OK! magazine that the group will reform, with herself, Kimberley, Cheryl Tweedy and Nicola Roberts taking to the stage.
She said: "We’re planning a night for an event to raise money in honour of Sarah. She’s very much in the forefront of our minds.
"We want to raise money for a piece of medical equipment that helps diagnose cancer earlier so people can be treated. We definitely want to do something to help others."
The concert is expected to take place later this year – with the exact date yet to be announced.
