Kroy 'KJ' Biermann Jr., 15, the son of former 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' cast member Kim Zolciak and ex-Atlanta Falcons player Kroy Biermann, has been indicted on seven felony counts over an alleged sexual assault involving another 15-year-old at a Life Time Fitness gym in Alpharetta, Georgia.

A Fulton County grand jury returned the seven-count indictment on 3 September 2026, according to Fulton County Superior Court records. The charges stem from an alleged 23 April encounter involving another 15-year-old at the Life Time Fitness facility on North Point Parkway.
