Kim Petras hits out at label for ‘refusing’ to release new album and pleads to be dropped

Kim Petras has publicly criticised her record label, claiming it has “refused” to release her forthcoming album Detour despite it being finished for months.

The German pop star took to X to air her frustrations in a series of posts, revealing she has formally asked to be dropped by Republic Records so she can continue her career independently.
