A new BBC documentary about the robbery of reality TV star Kim Kardashian in Paris has been commissioned to recount one of the “most-publicised celebrity crimes of our time”.

A trial found eight people guilty of robbing the US star of millions of pounds worth of jewellery at gunpoint during the 2016 Paris Fashion Week.
