Kim Kardashian has revealed she employs five nannies working on rotation to help look after her four children with ex-husband Kanye West .
Despite having a nanny on duty at all times, Kardashian handles school drop-offs and pick-ups daily and eats dinner with her children every evening.
Describing herself as an intermediate-strict parent, the reality star emphasised that she regularly speaks to her children about privilege, hard work, and gratitude.
Kardashian shared that she and West now have better communication regarding their 13-year-old daughter North's solo music career.
Addressing their turbulent co-parenting dynamic, Kardashian stated that her children live with her full-time and refuted claims that she keeps them away from West.
