Kim Kardashian has admitted she had never watched Saturday Night Live before being asked to host the US comedy show.
The reality TV star brought the house down when she poked fun at her famous family in an opening monologue.
Nothing seemed to be off the table – taking shots at everything from her own sex tape to OJ Simpson.
And her sisters didn’t get off lightly either, with Kourtney being mocked for her constant PDAs with fiancé Travis Barker. While Kendall was deemed “too drama free”.
But now it’s emerged Kim – who ended up meeting boyfriend Pete Davidson on the show - had “no idea” what she was letting herself in for.

Speaking on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, the 41-year-old revealed: “It had been talked about a few seasons ago and I was just like ‘Oh no, I could never!’ but now after doing it I can see how crazy it is.”
Explaining how it happened, Kim said: “[Creator] Lorne Michaels came to town and had lunch with me and my mom and officially asked me to do it.
“He was just so charming and explained why he wanted me to do it. So I said yes and had no idea what I was getting myself into and freaked out afterwards.
“I didn’t want to embarrass myself, but I had never seen an episode of Saturday Night Live.”
The mum-of-four said while she had attended the taping of the show in person as ex-husband Kanye West had appeared on it, she wasn’t sure she prepared enough to do it.
But it seems Kim took her hosting duties very seriously as she reportedly spent 20 hours a day rehearsing before her big moment.
During one skit Kim and her now boyfriend Pete shared a kiss while dressed as Disney’s Jasmine and Aladdin.
Funnyman Pete, 28, later gifted the props and outfits from their Saturday Night Live sketch to Kim for Valentine’s Day.
The couple began dating in October and made their romance red carpet official last week as Pete attended the premiere of Kim’s new Hulu series The Kardashians, which airs on April 14.
Kim revealed she never thought they would be an item and getting into a new relationship with someone while going through a divorce was the last thing on her mind.
And it’s not just Kim who is smitten with Pete – the whole family are said to adore him and say they’ve never seen her look happier.
Sister Khloe said: “Pete just brings out a simplicity in her and just a calmness that I really love and appreciate. He’s super sweet and easy and just so thoughtful. He makes all of us laugh – and who doesn’t want to laugh all day long?”
