Kim Kardashian told fans she was "freaking out" over what appeared to be a figure in the background of a recent photo, which she shared on social media over the weekend.
The reality TV star, 42, took to Instagram yesterday to share a photo with her followers that showed the American Horror Story cast member posing for a selfie in a mirror.
She was seen modelling a pink dress as she posed for the photo and a figure appeared to be visible in the background, which she mentioned in the caption of the post.
She wrote in the accompanying caption: "Soooo I took this pic last week when I was alone and now going through my phone I am freaking out noticing a woman in the window."
The post has amassed more than 2 million likes on the platform and prompted her fans to share their thoughts about the figure in the background in the comments.
One person responded: "That's frightening". Another wrote: "Omg I'm freaking out too." Whilst a third commented: "Oooooooooh that gave me chills." Another added: "Creepy".
"Time to move out," wrote one follower. Another agreed, writing: "I would move out." Someone else said: "I'd move out if I were you." Another person wrote: "Time to move".
Others shared their thoughts on the figure, with some suggesting it was extraterrestrial. One wrote: "Looks like an alien." Whilst some instead wondered if it was a ghost.
One person responded: "Paranormal activity. That's a spirit for sure." Another fan said: "Definitely a ghost." Someone else commented: "Looks like a woman from the 1800's."
Another wrote in their response to it: "She looks Victorian with a veil." Whilst someone else said in the comments section: "Looks like a handmaid from handmaid's tale."
Some people suggested that it looked a bit like Wednesday Addams from Netflix's Wednesday. One person responded to the photo: "Looks like a side profile of Wednesday".
Not everyone was concerned though, with one person writing: "Guardian angel. Don't worry". Another said: "I don't think it's negative energy. I feel it's a protective spirit."
And there were a number of people who suggested it might simply be Kim's reflection. "Isn't that your reflection?" asked one fan. Another said: "That's your shadow babe".
Someone else wrote: "It looks like your reflection in the mirror." Whilst another questioned: "It's your reflection in the TV?" Another said: "That's literally your reflection".
