Stagecoach have axed a Kilmarnock bus service tonight due to ongoing problems with youths.
The coach firm took the drastic measure of cancelling all remaining number 3 buses going to Shortlees for the rest of this evening.
The latest course of action comes 48 hours after Stagecoach abandoned Kilmarnock bus station because of anti-social behaviour.
Concerned bus bosses then pulled the plug on coaches serving the station every night after 6pm.
Stagecoach tweeted: "Due to ongoing problems with youths in Kilmarnock our number 3 service will not be servicing Shortlees area for the rest of tonight."
