A detective has described how convicted murderer Marcin Majerkiewicz walked into a KFC for a meal shortly after dumping his housemate Stuart Everett's severed head in Blackleach Reservoir in Salford. Detective Sergeant Heidi Cullen recounted the sequence of events, reconstructed from CCTV footage, in Channel 5's 'Murder Scene: The Incident Room.'
Majerkiewicz murdered his 67-year-old housemate, Mr Everett, in March 2024. He then dismembered his body and disposed of the remains at several locations across Greater Manchester. The case led to an extensive investigation involving CCTV analysis, forensic examinations and searches of multiple sites.
