Pundits Barry Ferguson and Simon Donnelly have tipped Kieran Tierney to make a blockbuster move to Real Madrid.
Reports in Spain claim the Scotland international has been added to the transfer wishlist at the La Liga giants ahead of the summer window.
The 24-year-old Arsenal 's key players and is a vital player for Mikel Arteta, but a bumper fee in the region of £50m could see the former Celtic star challenging Ferland Mendy at the Bernabeu.
It could also be good news for the Parkhead size with a sizeable sell-on clause in the deal when he swapped the Premiership for the English Premier League.
Speaking on The Go Radio Football Show, Donnelly hailed the potential Real Madrid switch: "I think it's definitely captured the imagination, what a move it would be.
"He's been down to London, and I think he has done well there. He has been hampered by injury a bit but what a move that would be for Kieran."
When asked if he could see him playing for Real Madrid, Ferguson said: "100 per cent.
"Arsenal are a big club, no doubt about it. They are struggling to force their way into the top four, but I've always said when Tierney went to England and if he produced good performance he could go to the best about.
"Certainly, Real Madrid (are) one of the biggest clubs in the world."
