Schoolchildren caused chaos at a McDonald's after they smashed a glass pane and reportedly "bullied staff".
Police were called to the Stonedale Retail Park on East Lancashire Road on Monday, May 8 at around 5.30pm. Officers received reports that a group of schoolchildren were causing antisocial behaviour at the fast-food restaurant.
Staff were verbally abused and one boy reportedly threw an object at glass in the restaurant's door, causing it to smash. Pictures taken by the ECHO showed the glass pane with huge cracks in it.
