Kris Jenner opens the doors of her lavish new home to daughter Khloe Kardashian in Wednesday’s episode of The Kardashians.
The $20million custom-built mansion, in the Hidden Hills part of Los Angeles, produced gasps of awe from Khloe in the 30-second sneak preview of the show, with the 37-year-old overwhelmed by the decor inside the home.
She commented: “Living in Kris Jenner world is just fabulous-ness.
“Like being surrounded by opulence and a dirty martini in a crystal glass covered in diamonds and always made up. The table, the ruffles, the little martini table.”
The house, built next door to Khloe’s $17million luxury pad, sits on land that used to have one single family home which Britney Spears once rented in 2011 and 2012 for $25,000 a month.
Originally the land was owned by construction magnate Ron Tutor and included a home of 20,000 square feet.
The clip also shows a close-up of a cocktail bar, with hundreds of glasses in it, a palatial living room, with fireplace and an enormous refrigerator with two opaque doors. The fridge was jam-packed with all manner of green vegetables and fruit, from sprigs of asparagus to florets of broccoli.
A stunned Khloe, who was holding a glass of wine on her tour round, also remarked there was “fabulous s**t everywhere”. Kris then appeared in a patterned gown, sporting a pearl necklace and a martini, while grandmother Mary Jo Campbell, 87, could also be seen taking in the spectacle.
Kris’ home occupies a plot of 16,500 square feet, with eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms, including an eight-car garage, covered patios, gym, office, pool and spa, movie theatre and guest home.
Khloe’s adjacent home was bought for $17million and has a modern farmhouse architectural style, with an oversized pool. They are not far from sister Kim’s $60 million place, which had been bought by her and ex-husband Kanye West for $20million in 2014 – she bought his portion of the house for $23million, including all the furnishings, finishings and art inside.
Kris’ youngest daughter Kylie Jenner, meanwhile, bought her Holmby Hills home for $36.5 million in the summer of 2020, while Kourtney Kardashian lives in Calabasas in a home she purchased in 2014 for $8.5 million.
In April 2020, Kris, reportedly sold her Hidden Hills home, which was just across the street from daughter Kim’s home, for $15million in an off-market deal, while Khloe offloaded her home in Calabasas in November 2020, selling it for $15.5 million.
