Khloe Kardashian said "I do believe in love" in the trailer of the second season of The Kardashians following news of her having a second child with Tristan Thompson.
It emerged on Wednesday night that Khloe, 38, and ex-boyfriend Tristan, 31, are going to have their second child together via a surrogate.
The pair already share daughter True, four, and have had an on-off romance over the last six years before they split once again last year when it was revealed that Tristan had fathered a child with another woman, Maralee Nichols.
The trailer for the second season of The Kardashians, which will premiere on Hulu on September 22, debuted on Monday evening which saw Khloe speaking positively about her love during a confessional scene.
She said: "I do believe in love. When you love you know that you're alive, you have these feelings."
In the trailer, Khloe is seen taking photos of True before it later pans to the two jumping on a trampoline together.
It is believed that Khloe and the NBA star are not together as they continue co-parent daughter True.
It was revealed that the pair were expanding their family to four via a surrogate - the child, reportedly a baby boy, was conceived in November - before Khloe found out about Tristan's infidelity.
A representative for Khloe told the Mirror: "We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November.
"Khloe is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We’d like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family."
Dramatic scenes where the Kardashians discovered Tristan's infidelity with personal trainer Maralee, 31, aired on their Hulu series earlier this year.
Viewers saw that Kim was the first to uncover reports that Maralee had filed court papers claiming Tristan was the father of her child.
Khloe was seen breaking down in tears as she slammed Tristan for "humiliating" her.
