Khloe Kardashian has sparked concern among her family following her dramatic weight loss journey.
The 38-year-old lost 60lb (4.3 stone) following the birth of her daughter, True, back in 2018 and she's been continuing to slim down ever since.
However, Khloe's sister Kendall Jenner has shared her concern about Khloe's weight loss as she said she hasn't been sleeping or taking care of herself.
Speaking to sister Kourtney Kardashian and momager Kris Jenner in the latest episode of their Hulu TV show, Kendall said: "We need to like really manage our stress levels and like, just take care of ourselves. It's so important.
"When you're exhausted, she doesn't sleep, or stresses, she's been the most stressed person of all time, that's why she's lost a lot of weight."
Kris suggested Khloe's weight loss is down to "all the things to happen to her this year."
Khloe was faced with a cancer scare and had to have a tumour removed from her cheek, leaving her worried about what her kids would do if anything bad happened to her.
She also split from her boyfriend and the father of her two children, Tristan Thompson, after he fathered a child with another woman.
Speaking to her family, Kourtney shared some advice from her therapist, saying: "My therapist will say to me like, 'It's okay to not be perfect, it's okay, because I'll be like, 'No this and that and that'."
Turning to Kris, she added: "It comes from you."
In a confession, Kris revealed: "Everything everything is my fault. Name something, it's my fault.
"Whatever quality happens to come to mind, it's my fault, because I gave birth to them, and I raised them, so arrest me."
Kendall admitted she has become a "control freak", while Kourtney added: "We all are."
However, Kendall said it is a good trait, if channelled into the right thing.
"Channel it into your work though, you don't have to do that in your personal life, just channel it into the right places and it's all good."
The Kardashians S3 is available to stream on Disney+ in the UK.
