In the absence of Tristan for his and Khloe Kardashian’s second childbirth, sister Kim rushes to her younger sister's time for the arrival of the new baby boy in the Kardashian family.
On the July 28, Khloe Kardashian welcomed her second child with NBA star Tristan Thompson, keeping all secrets until the second season of the Kardashian’s family show aired today.
The episode reveals Khloe’s struggle with the upcoming arrival of her son by the cause of Tristan's recent baby with fitness instructor Maralee Nichols.
She admits that the affair is ‘such a dark cloud around something that’s supposed to be so joyous,’ and she is in denial about becoming a mother of two. Revealing to best friend Malika she shares: "I’ve always wanted two parents in the household helping raise the kids. I don’t want the kids to have daddy issues."
Kim brings the sisters and momager Kris together to help Khloe in such a major event in her life.
In a scene with production Kylie says what Tristan has done "is just really unforgivable in my books."
In the midst of her daughter's neglect, mother Kris boosts her morale by throwing her a lion themed intimate baby shower with only close friends and family present.
Khloe and Tristan’s relationship has been on and off since 2016 when they first got together, following a series of Tristan’s cheating affairs.
They already share their four-year-old daughter, True, who was born amid Tristan's first affair with Khloe.
The couple got back together then shortly split following Tristan 2019 scandals of kissing Kylie Jenner ex- best friend Jordyn Woods.
In reconciliation and trying to get back on track Tristan secretly had a baby boy, Theo in December 2021 from Maralee Nichols.
Khloe speaking on her new journey of becoming a new mother of two shares, "I’m going through this pregnancy without my partner but I don’t feel lonely."
Big sister Kim picked Khloe up on the morning of her child’s birth and supported her all the way throughout the childbirth, even
holding her new nephew and giving him "his first kiss."
Without production cameras both Khloe and Kim take it in turn to film the new occasion, as Khloe is seen face timing all the different members of her family with the news. Kylie, gleams her excitement for Khloe: "I can’t wait for my son to have a forever friend."
Even with the Tristan drama, Khloe invited him to see his newborn son as we see the two parents admire their new bundle of joy.
In the brief scene Tristan holds his son, saying "he looks like True!"
