Kevin McKidd, known for his role as Owen Hunt on Grey's Anatomy, has expressed his desire to see Sandra Oh return to the popular medical drama. Oh portrayed Cristina Yang for 10 seasons before exiting the series in 2013.

McKidd believes that the characters of Owen and Cristina have unresolved issues and a reunion between them would be compelling for fans. He highlighted the lack of closure in their last interaction on the show, where they shared a brief nod before Cristina's departure.
