Liverpool and Newcastle football legend Kevin Keegan has died at age 75 after a battle with stage 4 cancer, bringing an end to the life of a player and manager who won titles, lifted European trophies and twice claimed the Ballon d'Or.

Keegan's family confirmed that the former Liverpool and Newcastle United star died surrounded by his wife and daughters.
