Kerry Katona update after being taken to hospital and put on drip

Former Atomic Kitten star Kerry Katona has updated fans after being admitted to hospital over the weekend. Concerned followers had taken to social media after the star revealed she had been put on a drip.

Posting on social media to reveal the news, the former I'm a Celebrity contestant wrote: "Not really where I wanna be," followed by three crying emojis. Kerry, who recently underwent breast reduction surgery, has not said why she was admitted for care.

However, the Mirror reported on Monday, May 16, that Kerry had again taken to Instagram to share a video clip of herself out for a walk, "clearly discharged from hospital". She was wearing black leggings and a pair of trainers. Uploading the video clip of herself enjoying a brisk walk she penned "Morning" over the top of it.

An hour or so later she then uploaded a few clips of some shabby chic home decor items, including a lamp with a rabbit design base. The Daily Mirror contacted Kerry's representative for an update but she declined to comment.

Birmingham Live recently reported that Kerry had kept fans updated on her breast reduction surgery through social media. At the time, she had posted “I’m still recovering, the stitches are amazing. My back feels great, there’s nothing there.

“I’ve had a text or a phone call nearly every day,” Kerry added of the clinic, as she praised their aftercare. “They’re doing me b****** head in now – only joking! They have been so amazing with me. I’m so happy.”
