Kerry Katona to release tell-all book about Atomic Kitten feud and OnlyFans success

Kerry Katona is poised to release an explosive new tell-all book, where nothing is off limits as she dishes the dirt on her turbulent life.

The former popstar, 41, will release her third autobiography in October.

The page-turner is titled Whole Again: My Story and will address the ups and downs she’s faces in recent years.

Kerry will document how, in the decade since, she’s welcomed her fifth child, suffered a debilitating injury, a cancer scare, several tragic losses and a career slump she thought she’d never recover from, according to the book’s synopsis.

She’ll reveal how she bounced back from bankruptcy and became an OnlyFans millionaire and she’ll tell-all about her marriage to her abusive former husband George Kay – while enduring a bitter feud with her former bandmates.

“Stuck in an abusive relationship she felt powerless to leave,” the publication’s blurb reads.

“Kerry opens up about her struggles living with a violent man, whose mental health problems and drug use would see her and her family trapped in a cycle of helplessness and despair that only ended when George died in 2019, having eaten a sock filled with cocaine while staying in a local Travel Inn.

“Kerry bravely reveals her hell at the hands of a man who would unleash physical and emotional torture on her, in an all too familiar situation so many women face every day.”

The book promises to be a story of hope as she discusses finding love with fiancé Ryan Mahoney.

And an insider has told Closer that writing the tell-all book has been a “healing” experience for her.

The source told the publication: “She’s been working on it for over a year – that’s a long time, but there been a lot to cover.

“The book is called Whole Again which Kerry believes really reflects where she is in her life.

“She’s been broke – financially, professionally, personally, romantically – but now is in one of the best places she’s ever been.

“She hopes she can inspire others.”

Earlier this week Kerry announced the release of her new book in her New! magazine column.

The mum-of-five wrote: “I’m so excited to announce the news that I’m releasing a new book, Whole Again: My Story. It’s my third autobiography, and I must admit, it’s the hardest one I’ve ever done.

“I’ve opened up about the past 10 years of my life – and it’s been tough. I found it particularly hard to write about my ex George Kay.

“I feel really nervous about the book coming out, but I hope it can help other people who may have been through similar experiences.

“If it helps one person, then it will be worth it. I’ve put my heart and soul into this book and I cant wait for you to read it.

Kerry’s previous publications have detailed her cocaine abuse, how she blew millions on a drug and drink-fuelled lifestyle, her difficult childhood in foster care and her turbulent love-life.

Her latest offering is available to pre-order from publisher Mirror Books, and out on October 13, 2022.
