Last year Kerry Katona underwent breast reduction surgery after suffering back ache, so she poked fun at herself as she larked around backstage in panto in part of her padded costume. The former Atomic Kitten singer, who has been playing Ugly Sister Botox in Cinderella in Lincoln, showed off a fake set of breasts that she's been sporting for her role.
Kerry, 42, smiled into the camera as she greeted fans in a video shared on her Instagram. Wearing a purple vest top over her padded bra she explained that her "really big" chest wasn't real.
"Before you all say anything, I've got a fake bra on and it's fuill of padding that makes me look really big," she said. "It's fake and I've got a fake bum on."

In a previous video from her oanto dressing room, Kerry joked about her outfit, saying: "In fact I should have not had a boob reduction."
Last year Kerry, who was a DD/E cup and was reduced to a C, shared her visit to Pall Mall Cosmetics in Newton-le-Willows. "These bad boys, as much money as they're making me on OnlyFans, they're doing my bloody head in," she told fans in a video shared on her YouTube channel.
She explained: "They're far too big. They're giving me lots of back ache and every time I put a jumper on I feel like, you know, the Honey Monster on the Sugar Puffs advert." After the surgery she said: "I've got no boobs left they've gone."
Kerry was also excited to report that she had just taken part in their own version of the hit BBC reality contest The Traitors with her panto castmates including daughter Lilly-Sue, 19. "We've just played Traitors. I was an original traitor," she said gleefully. "I got kicked out."
And the star from Warrington cheered as she told fans that 'the traitors' had won the game. "We've played a great game. Everybody played really well. It's been absolutely brilliant. The traitors won."
Ater the show, set in a Scottish castle, captured imaginations at the end of last year Kerry is now calling for a celeb version. "The traitors!!!! What a game!!!! They have to do a Celeb one!!! I sooooo wanna do it xxxx" she typed on her Instagram.
