Mother-of-five Kerry is having an overhaul after being diagnosed with Lipoedema, an abnormal build-up of fat in the legs and sometimes arms. The condition, which is more common in women, can be painful and affect daily life according to the NHS.
When sharing the diagnosis with her loyal fans, Kerry was feeling positive as she shared a video on Instagram of herself working out at home and declared: "Today is the first day of the rest of your life people!! I absolutely love Monday mornings! New day, new week, clean slate, fresh beginning!"
