Kerry Katona has opened up about struggling with an eating disorder as she discussed her 'real issues'.
The former Atomic Kitten singer is currently healing from a breast reduction surgery and plans to go to Homefield Grange Retreat in Northampton after she heals.
The retreat focuses on wellness and healthy eating, with Kerry saying she 'just wants to feel better about herself'.
"I’ve been in tears over my relationship with food. I have real issues," she wrote for OK! magazine.
"For example, the other day I bought a kebab and I hid on my own and binged on it. I’ll eat food, and then I’ll feel like I want to be sick. I definitely have some kind of eating disorder."
She added: "I hate the way I look – I don’t even want Ryan to see me at the moment. I feel so insecure. I’m not sure why I feel like this."
The star admits she isn't sure whether it's because of her age, because her fiancé is younger than her or because of the toxicity of social media.
Her admission comes after Kerry underwent surgery to go from a DDD cup to a C cup.
"I cannot praise Pall Mall enough they have been amazing with the pre-care and I can only imagine what the aftercare is going to be... Just as amazing. I am nervous, my mouth is dry," she said in an Instagram Story at the beginning of the month.
She continued: "I should be used to this by now, I've been sliced and diced that much I should probably give instructions.
"I'm like a flat pack from Ikea - that leg goes there, that t*t goes there."

Back in February, Kerry opened up about the struggles she was having with the size of her boobs.
She had a breast reduction operation last year but she said her boobs 'kept getting bigger'.
Kerry explained how she felt more uncomfortable in her skin than ever and “cried every day” when she looked in the mirror.
Writing in her column for New magazine, the star said: “I’m going for a check-up to see if everything is as it should be. I actually feel like my boobs have grown bigger!
“I’m still feeling really uncomfortable in my own skin at the moment. No matter how healthy I’m being and how hard I’m training, I just can’t seem to lose weight.”
