Kerry Katona discharged from hospital after weekend dash as she enjoys morning stroll

Kerry Katona is out of hospital after being admitted over the weekend for an unknown reason - and it seems that she's in good spirits after a morning stroll.

Taking to Instagram to share a video clip of herself out for a walk, clearly discharged from hospital, the blonde beauty donned black leggings and a pair of sneakers.

Uploading the spritely video clip of her enjoying a brisk walk she penned "Morning" over the top of it.

An hour or so later she then uploaded a few clips of some shabby chic home decor items, including a lamp with a rabbit design base.

Daily Mirror contacted Kerry's representative for an update, but she declined to comment.

This comes days after Kerry was admitted to hospital and was hooked up to an IV drip.

The hospital admission came after the 41-year-old former Atomic Kitten star revealed that she thinks she might have an eating disorder.

On Saturday she left her fans rather concerned after taking to her Instagram Stories to share a snap of her in a hospital.

She uploaded a snap of an IV drip in her hand and penned: "Not really where I wanna be", alongside a slew of crying face emojis.

Kerry's hospital dash came shortly after she opened up about having a few body image issues.

Writing candidly in her latest column for new! magazine, Kerry explained: "I've been in tears over my relationship with food. Before admitting that she has "real issues".

Kerry then detailed: "For example, the other day I bought a kebab and I hid on my own and binged on it.

"I'll eat food, and then I'll feel like I want to be sick. I definitely have some kind of eating disorder."

Kerry has been feeling down about the way she looks and admitted in her column that she "hates the way she looks".

Writing for the magazine she revealed that she doesn't want her fiancé Ryan to see her because she feels "so insecure".

She added: "I'm not sure why I feel like this. I don't know if it's because of my age, or if it's because Ryan's younger than me, or if it's because I'm in the media."

Knowing that she needs help, Kerry said that she is willing to get back in touch with therapists, The Speakmans, "to see if they can help".

In the same interview she said that as soon as she has healed from her recent breast reduction operation, she's planning on heading to Homefield Grange retreat in Northampton.

Adding: "It's all about mindfulness - meditation and yoga - and also healthy eating."
