Kerala: HC hearing on custody of Dileep's phones today

KOCHI

KOCHI: The high court will conduct a special sitting on Saturday to consider prosecution's plea for directing actor Dileep to surrender his mobile phones.

Justice Gopinath P scheduled a detailed hearing on Saturday as the prosecution and Dileep's counsel did not agree with each other on the prosecution's demand, despite the court itself assuring the safety of the phone. Dileep's counsel also sought time to file an objection to the prosecution's sudden demand.
