Kendrick Lamar fans flooded the Ticketmaster website this week following the pre-sale launch of his tour. Thousands jointed the Ticketmaster queues for a chance to see the American rapper later this year.
Pre-sale tickets for The Big Steppers Tour went live on Thursday, May 19, however, many fans were disheartened as the ticket seller site struggled to cope and buffered, meaning some missed out on bagging those much awaited tickets.
One fan waited in the queue for almost 35 minutes and was met by a loading screen. The frustrated fan found they were unable to book Kendrick Lamar tickets.

However, one fan came to the rescue with a handy trick to overcome the frustrating loading screen on Ticketmaster. When a Twitter account replied to Ticketmaster's Tweet expressing that after waiting in the queue they were left with just a seating plan and loading symbol, another account decided to offer some advice.
To overcome the issue, the Twitter user suggested the fan open a new tab on the Ticketmaster website, saying "you'll go straight through!" Another suggestion from the same account was to refresh the tab, however, the user recognised the advice was risky and that fans should use it at their own risk.
For those who missed out on tickets yesterday, can head to the Ticketmaster website today from 10am when general admission tickets go live. Follow our live blog on tickets here.
