The proud parents previously shared the exciting news with their followers on Instagram on Wednesday, writing: "They are here!! My heart is filled with so much love and gratitude."
Two days later, actress Liz has posted images showing her celebrating her newborns' arrival with friends, with one of the pictures showing them sat around the table drinking coffee.
