After the initial report that 76ers forward Kelly Oubre had been struck by a car on Saturday night in Philadelphia, the latest update on Sunday morning provided a sigh of relief on his overall health. Additional information on the incident and specifically the 27-year-old's injuries sustained were reported by The Athletic’s Shams Charania.

Oubre sustained broken ribs and an assortment of bruises and cuts but avoided more serious injuries. He will miss significant time due to the injuries, according to Charania's report.
