Kelly Osbourne was "shocked" by her own appearance at the 2026 Brit Awards, but has gained nearly 30lbs since then.

The 41-year-old star sparked concern with her thin, frail frame at the event in February and she's admitted even she didn't realise how much weight she had lost until she saw the photographs afterwards, though she insisted she never had an eating disorder.
