Earlier that day, thousands of fans flooded the streets of Birmingham for a public funeral procession, celebrating the life of the Black Sabbath frontman with brass bands, cheers of 'Ozzy! Ozzy!', and heartfelt tributes. But it was in the quiet chapel moments later that the most personal goodbye unfolded.
